Tom commenced his career by honing his leadership acumen in the United States Army, where he served as a Commissioned Officer. After graduating from Fordham University, Tom was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant and dedicated over a decade to various active-duty assignments. His military journey culminated in his retirement as a Captain from the U.S. Army Reserves in 2022, with a distinguished record that includes two combat tours in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Throughout his military service, Tom garnered multiple service and combat-related citations and medals, with one of his proudest accomplishments being the receipt of the Bronze Star Medal for his exceptional service in Iraq in 2004.
Post-military service, Tom pursued his legal education at St. John’s University’s School of Law. During his time in law school, he contributed his expertise as a law clerk with the United States House of Representatives Committee on Homeland Security, where he played a pivotal role in shaping national security-related legislation and policy papers.
Following his graduation from St. John’s University’s School of Law, Tom embarked on a career on Wall Street. He embarked on his professional journey with Goldman Sachs, serving as an investment advisor in their Investment Management Division. Subsequently, he joined Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor. Tom’s primary responsibility on Wall Street was that of an investment advisor, where he provided strategic guidance to high-net-worth individuals and institutions. During this tenure, he closely collaborated with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, family offices, and non-profit boards, assisting them in navigating the complexities of capital deployment in the financial markets.
In 2018, Tom ventured into the realm of private equity and start-ups, both investing in and serving as an operating partner for numerous private companies. His entrepreneurial spirit culminated in the founding of Kingsbridge Strategies in 2020, alongside his father, Thomas J. Kehoe, Sr. As President of Kingsbridge Strategies, Tom played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s portfolio of global companies, spanning regions from Europe to the Middle East.
Beyond his professional commitments, Tom finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and three daughters. He is an enthusiastic volunteer within his Church and actively contributes to various veteran-focused non-profit organizations. Tom also serves on several advisory boards, including the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America Advisory Committee (IAVA).
